Art is by no means a passion of mine but my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stop here. If you're making your way to/from Homer it's worth your time to make the stop. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes browsing the gallery, another 10 minutes for exploring their first residence. You could obviously spend much longer depending on your degree of interest. We spent three weeks in Alaska and this was the highlight for me. It's quite a peaceful place. Be prepared to be stunned by the art work. It is easy to drive past this amazing museum. Worth the stop. Norman is an incredible artist. While we were there we actually met him. Amazing art, owner on premise. The original cabin is a piece of history. Well worth the time to walk through and view his work.
