Our family had high hopes for this place. The building looks great, it's clean and tidy inside however, both times we came an particulary older female staff was not very accommodating. We came 3 minutes late to take showers and were rudely turned away. No smile, nor apology, she was not professional. Note:The shower hours are only posted on the front door. The next day we tried again at 5:30pm.... Our family had to share one shower because they just ran out of single use shower cards? Really? So here were were all 3 of us sharing 1 shower and had to rush to take showers before the 6:15pm cut off again.We spent $15 for like 25 min of shower time, I mean complete from entering the building to the parking lot. Crazy! I just don't get how you can run a business this way. If I owned this place , I'd start with staff that can smile, be more flexible, place more info online about the current hours for all the services and buy more single use shower cards! So if you have a family and need a shower come earlier in the day! Good luck! We couldn't snag an rv site with electric so we came here for a shower. Easy to find, very helpful staff, super clean and hot showers and I had a latte and breakfast sandwich to boot. What's not to love? Showers were $5 for 17 minutes which was plenty of time. Coffee was super economical, I had a 16oz. Latte for 2.50. Now headed to Home. Later coming back to do laundry here. Yep they have a laundry mat, free wifi, and an office center. This is heaven for campers. Clean, friendly a great place for showers, laundry Their deli sandwiches are made fresh, they also have an esspresso bar. Reasonable prices. I absolutely love this place where else can you tan and do laundry and get some great food to snack on while you wait and have free wifi ! Staff is always kind and helpful! Really excellent stop for laundry and lunch. Food was fresh and the employees were incredibly helpful and personable.
